The Commemorative Edition celebrates the C5-R's GTS class victories at Le Mans in 2001 and 2002. All Commemorative Editions were finished in Le Mans Blue Metallic. A color exclusive to the special edition on the C5 with a silver and red livery similar to the livery the C5-R's used for the 2004 season where they won at Le Mans for a third time. The Commemorative Edition also features a carbon fiber hood, the first time a fully carbon fiber panel is used on an American car.

This example features just two modifications: A K&N Carbon Fiber Intake, and a short throw shifter with the stock shifter included in the sale.
